If they have what you want for the price you want they are great but don't expect for them to give on price...
Terrible sales experience here - suggest you avoid the place! If you get some salesman named Lester, he'll just rudely cut you off mid-sentence when talking to him or asking questions. Most of the sales staff ignore you inside the building and can't be bothered to make conversation. This small-town dealer will be under in a few years if it keeps up it's current ways of doing business
Saw a vehicles on line that I was interested in for my son. Took a drive up to see it on a Sunday with the wife. Knew they were closed but no big deal, beautiful weather, nice drive. Did I mention it was an hour and a half from home? Called on Monday to verify a test drive. Was told to come up on Tuesday at 1:15 pm and ask for a certain person by name and we could do business. Jumped in the car with my son on Tuesday, showed up at 1:10, cash in hand, asked for the aforementioned person, was told that he was on vacation this week! Ok. Well let's look at the car anyway, after all I don't care who the salesman is. Oops!!! We sold that car last week. Sorry guys!! REALLY!?! First time in Newton Falls, first interaction with this dealership. Definitely will be the LAST!!!! I don't mind driving to make a deal, I'll go anywhere if I think I can do business. Unfortunately these people don't have any respect for their customers. Kind of glad that we didn't buy, who knows what kind of other crap they might pull!!!!! Also just found out that they called my wife this morning to make sure WE were still coming!!!! ARE YOU F`ING KIDDING ME!?!?!

They were not willing to negotiate but they did offer decent prices but not the best.
Bought a 2008 cabolt from them. Two weeks later I started having issues with the car. Turns out it had a cracked front axel, needed a wheel alignment, wiring issues and no brakes on the back.
